Lafayette County High School has been recognized by the Office for Education Policy (OEP) at the University of Arkansas for high English/Language Arts growth in the SW region based on the 2024 ATLAS test. This website provides parents with answers to their mental health questions. The extra services include: individual Parent Coaching sessions, Webinars on different topics, and Ask a Therapist Live workshops. All Juniors (11th Graders) will take an official ACT test tomorrow (February 25th) at Lafayette County High School. Juniors: get a good night's sleep, eat breakfast, & let's have great attendance tomorrow. The purpose of the ACT is to give colleges and universities an idea of how prepared you are for college-level work. An ACT score helps you stand out in college admissions and demonstrates your strengths in areas like English, math, reading, and science.
LCSD will be open today, buses will run at their normal times.

Lafayette County High School received a grant award of $2,924.91 dollars from the AGFC Wildlife Conservation Education Grant Program from the Arkansas Economic Development Commission, Division of Rural Services. The money was used to purchase 6 new microscopes and several wildlife slides. Mrs. Brown, LCHS Biology Teacher, is pictured with the new equipment.
